The ideal location for golfers and families seeking a relaxing seaside holiday, these two period town houses are right in the main part of St Andrews itself, tucked away in a small cul-de-sac off North Street at the west end of the town. Their secluded location make them quiet and safe for children, yet less than five minutes walking will bring you both to the 18th tee of the Old Course and the superb West Sands, of "Chariots of Fire" fame.
Both are extremely well appointed and very comfortable with accommodation on three levels. Each also has two exclusive parking spaces.
St Andrews, home of the first University in Scotland (founded 1410) has history oozing from its every stone. Its atmosphere is truly unique while benefiting from all modern facilities (cinema, Sea Life Centre etc.) Round about, there are the many attractions of the Kingdom of Fife, the quaint fishing villages, historic houses, gardens, wildlife parks etc. to visit. Road connections to other places, while not motorway standard, are good enough to enable the visitor to make day excursions to Loch Lomond, the Angus Glens beyond Dundee (14m), and the Highlands beyond Perth (30m), or catch the train at nearby Leuchars (7m) to either Dundee or Edinburgh.
Heating is by gas central heating. Pets are welcome.
