It has been most imaginatively developed to make an attractive and unusual holiday cottage which will most certainly appeal to those interested in innovative modern design.
Inside, the large L-shaped sitting room has an open fire to sit around and a dining area by the window. There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, with solid oak flooring throughout and some delightful lighting effects.
The cottage stands in the same group of buildings as Pitcorthie House, but faces away from the courtyard, with its own private garden to the front (furniture) which is enclosed and not overlooked, with a French door from the sitting room and a patio area for enjoying evening drinks or al fresco meals.
The cottage will be popular with golfing enthusiasts as Elie, although less well-known than historic St Andrews (8 miles), has some excellent courses.
The Fife Coastal Path will be an attraction for walkers, and there are any number of interesting castles, stately homes, gardens and other places of interest to visit in the surrounding area.
There are also several excellent restaurants nearby.

Bed linen and towels are INCLUDED. The first £10 of electricity INCLUDED with any additional usage payable by meter reading at the end of your stay. Heating is by gas central heating (first £10 INCLUDED with any additional payable at the end of your stay) and open fire. WiFi is INCLUDED (subject to a fair usage policy). A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome at an additional charge (2 large, 2 medium or 2 small). If you wish to bring any other pets please contact us and we will see what we can do. No smoking.
