The Dairy House is situated on the ground floor of the elegant Georgian-style Mountquhanie House, just 3 miles from Cupar in Fife.
Set in beautiful grounds, where tenants are welcome to wander at will, it sleeps eight in comfort. There is a luxurious sitting room, a dining kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bath/shower room, three further twin bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower.
The Dairy House has its own private entrance, and there is ample parking. There are steps up to the front door. Tenants also have the use of the croquet lawn and the tennis court.
Fishing and shooting in season can be arranged on the estate. Beyond its bounds there are all the charming corners of Fife to explore; the picturesque fishing villages of the East Neuk, the historic cathedral ruins at St Andrews, lovely beaches there and at Tentsmuir, and easy walking and cycling in delightful countryside in all directions.
