It is kept light and bright by the large picture windows that frame the wonderful seascape outside. There is further seating by the windows so you can use the binoculars to spot the dolphins, seals and whales that are often seen out in the water.
The colourful kitchen is well-equipped and, as it is open to the dining area, the nominated cook doesn’t have to miss out on any of the fun. From the dining area French doors open out onto a charming patio that is the perfect place for lingering alfresco meals spent admiring the scenery. The kitchen is supplemented by a useful utility room that houses the laundry facilities and there is a WC on this level, as well as handy downstairs double bedroom with en suite shower room.
From the dining area a staircase leads up to a spacious landing that has more seating from which to enjoy the amazing outlook from. Off the landing are a small double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a family bathroom.
Outside there is parking right by the door at the rear of the cottage and to the front is a large, enclosed grassed garden with pretty patio area (with furniture).

Ardvasar (3.5 miles) has a small grocery shop and hotel/restaurant and the hamlet of Armadale (4 miles) has a petrol station/PO and a well-stocked farm shop.
