On a 360 acre estate and reached by a quiet and idyllic country road, it stands high on a hill with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside - from the top, on a good day, you can see right across the Solway to the Lake District.

The Bothy conversion has been skillfully carried out to ensure that the house is light and airy and gives a great feeling of space.

Inside, the living area is open plan with the well-fitted kitchen at one end, the dining area in the middle. At the other end is the comfortable sitting area with the wood-burning stove as an inviting focal point and a glazed door to the terrace.
