Loch View has a wonderful location on the West Coast about 37 miles north of Oban and 10 miles south of Fort William with a stunning view right out across Loch Linnhe to the hills of Appin and Morvern and the distant Island of Mull.
It is a completely self-contained first-floor flat (with its own private entrance) within the former 'Manse of Glenrigh' which was once the home of the 'missionary' of the old Church of Cuilcheanna whose ruins remain within the beautiful Manse gardens.
Tenants can enjoy the peace of these private gardens (furniture) if they can resist the temptation of the very many attractions roundabout because, apart from the shops, museums, sporting facilities, hotels, restaurants, etc. in Onich and nearby Fort William, there is a car-ferry nearby which takes you across to The Ardnamurchan Peninsula with its famous scenery and abundant wildlife, while further up to the west there is 'the Road to the Isles' and Skye and to the east, the chair-lift up Ben Nevis (for summer viewing and winter-skiing) and famous Loch Ness and its Monster Museum.
Comfortably furnished, partially double-glazed and well-heated, Loch View makes an excellent home for all year occupation.
Heating is by night-store heaters (INCLUDED) and electric-fire (£7 worth electricity INCLUDED). Bedlinen and towels are INCLUDED. Please no smoking within the house and pets are not accepted.
