The resort at Glenshee spreads over an expanse of 2,000 acres and is arguably the most accessible of the Scottish ski resorts, as it is the furthest south.
The Lecht is perhaps the most family-friendly of the Scottish ski resorts and is said to have the most consistent snow, assisted by a snow-making machine.
The Nevis Ski Resort has a great reputation among serious skiers and offers the longest season, where skiing and snowboarding can continue well into spring.
