Good range of cottages, those we've stayed in so far have had accurate descriptions/photographs and met or exceeded expectations.
Already have another week booked with them for a different cottage, so yes will use again.
Easy to deal with. Called about electric excess and an agent picked up straight away. Helpful agent contacted the cottage owner straight away and came back with a reply within 10 mins. Excellent service.
Everything was simple from start to finish, can’t fault on anything. We didn’t have any issues, but was sure this would be sorted for us if anything came up. Great communication throughout
Spacious and comfortable cottage in great location. Reason I only gave 3 stars was because it's a little jaded and slightly grubby in places (perhaps because it's end of season). We had to hoover up some toe nail clippings in the bedroom and to do it, we had to empty an overflowing vacuum cleaner. Plus some hair in the bathroom.
Viewfield Cottage was a lovely house in a very quiet location. The house was very well appointed and everything we needed was there for four people for a week. Even better, it has two bathrooms. The owner, Lois, was wonderfully helpful and excellent with communications. Very friendly neighbours too and just a few minutes walk from shops and surrounding forests. We’d certainly go there again.
