The website was easy to use for searching and booking a cottage. The after booking service was excellent with clear instructions on payment and arrival at the cottage, what was included and any additional requirements/services available.
Unique cottages have a good range of accommodation, at a reasonable price, in some stunning places. They have an easy website to navigate. Customer service is very helpful & reply promptly if you email with a query & they don't bombard you with lots of unnecessary emails. I would definitely recommend them.
Easy to book, description told us everything we needed to know. Happy with our accommodation and our holiday. Deposit was quickly refunded after our holiday after we left the property in the condition we found it.
A really genuine warm welcome from the owners, also a very generous array of provisions which was much appreciated. The home, in a peaceful location was well equipped. We had one insignificant issue that was dealt with immediately without fuss. In short, excellent in every respect.
