Reducing our carbon footprint is becoming of increasing concern to many of us and our cottage owners are no exception. Very often, when renovating their cottages they are now installing solar panels, EV chargers and ground-source heating, in addition to the more usual features such as great insulation and double or even triple glazing. We even have one or two properties with their own wind turbine!
