What a superb property this is and in a stunning location. We didn't want for anything as everything is provided. Extremely warm and inviting house, but if you are a little on the nesh side, the log burner is superb and a big bag of logs are provided. We were there when storm Bram was wreaking havoc across the country but thanks to Nickie and Ally for preparing us in case of any electrical outages, which never happened. If you like wildlife, we seen red deer, otters, pine martens aplenty if you feed them, red squirrels and we were blessed to see a white tailed sea eagle. Can't wait to go back next year.
Cottage was lovely. Clean and well equipped. Fantastic location, easy to find, and a drive for two cars as two couples came separately. All areas of the cottage were excellent from the bedrooms to kitchen/utility area.
First and foremost when you are dealing with Unique Cottages, you are speak with real people over the phone. The staff were very obliging and listen to their customers. We had to change the dates of our holiday twice and they were very accommodating, even when they did need to be. It was a please to speak with the team members who were efficient and understood our requirements
This wasn’t the first time we have stayed at Eildon cottage and it was as nice as ever. We appreciated the milk and cake left for us on arrival. The enclosed garden is perfect for our dog.
