The best customer service ever! We were due to go to Mull but then Storm Amy happened and we couldn’t get to the island and our cottage was inaccessible and without power. Despite being inundated with customers having similar experiences all over the West Coast, Deborah listened to our situation and resolved it by finding us another cottage elsewhere. She was absolutely faultless. Fantastic communication. Fantastic service. I wouldn’t use any other company for booking a holiday cottage in Scotland!
Outstandingly good service at very short notice.
We hosted a photographic retreat at Finchwood (the red squirrels are included in the price) and in terms of comfort, level of provision and quality of fittings, it was an equal of any other place we've used in Scotland and Europe.

There was a folder full of information left at the cottage to help with our stay and of places to visit. The cottage was cozy and very clean. It was lovely to have the real fire going and that made it all the more cozy in the weather that we had for our week there.
The housekeeper was lovely and she could not have been more helpful.
