Date	Product	Customer Comment
09-Oct-2026	Fern Cottage BR5 (overall)	This is our 3rd booking with Unique Cottage's, we were delighted again with the quality of service received, the cottage we rented and the after service received.
09-Oct-2026	Taigh Nan Eilean GZ7 (overall)	Explained what was due and sent reminders.
09-Oct-2026	Stable Cottage GS7 (overall)	Lovely warm historic cottage with everything you could want. Secluded position in forest with wildlife everywhere, highlight was the red squirrels in the gardens. Hosts Elaine and Jonathan very helpful especially when there was a power cut! Very good quality welcome tray.
09-Oct-2026	Machair, Cliff Beach Cabins HF1 (overall)	The cabin was lovely and warm when we arrived. Everywhere was beautifully clean. An easy booking experience and kept well informed.
09-Oct-2026	Rock Cottage AT3 (overall)	All very smooth and easy. Great website, great cottage, no issues.
09-Oct-2026	Hearthside HK6 (overall)	The service to book property was great but the actual cottage / booking was not great. Poor welcome, the owner met us at the door after 5pm (key collection was from after 4pm with instructions given to collect from key box) and he stayed nearly an hour giving a tour of their 'home' with many many tales, which was too much. The property is in dire need of updating plus the owner as part of the tour, when opening the oven found a tray and said, 'it’s clean enough' and put it back when it clearly had not been washed plus had a dirty grill which he took away. We had an influx of flies which the owner apologies for not dealing with once we had left after the break. The property had clearly had pets in it with the previous hire as evidence of dog hair was found all over and had not been properly cleaned. It’s a great location but the property needs to be at in better condition and cleaner.
08-Oct-2026	Viewfield Cottage AH3 (overall)	Great service Good communication
08-Oct-2026	Chestnut Cabin HP2 (overall)	Great service, such a special place ❤️
08-Oct-2026	Shielfoot Cottage HG7 (overall)	Good website with plenty of choice and realistic descriptions, clear process and updates towards the holiday dates with easy to understand instructions for arrival.
08-Oct-2026	Aird Sleimhe GM6 (overall)	Lovely houses, only issue, they take a high deposit, then small payment, usually other way round. Why do they request good housekeeping six weeks prior ???
