Could possibly do with somewhere to hang wet outdoor clothing, somewhere to put muddy footwear. Sadly the exterior and the surrounding grounds require some attention and I have to say first impression was not good. Great place to relax in the peaceful surroundings, cosy and comfortable, it was lovely to have meet the owner who is obviously very proud of his property.

They also rely upon their 'role' as an agent 'we must formally reject your assertions regarding our liability under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. While Unique Cottages processes your payment and handles booking administration, we operate strictly as a disclosed agent. As outlined in Section 1 of our Booking Conditions, the legally binding contract for your accommodation is exclusively between you and the property owner.' The argument that an agency relationship creates a total financial and legal break between payment collection and liability does not hold up under current UK consumer law or recent judicial precedent.
