The bright conservatory welcomes guests into The Old School, showcasing the magnificent garden grounds through its many windows. The house then brings you to a shower room and WC. Adjacent to here, the dining kitchen has plenty of seating and space for 4, is well-equipped for cooking delicious meals and includes a washing machine and dishwasher.
The long hallway leads past a coat and boot rack, a charming bookshelf in an alcove to choose your evening read and then comes to a master bedroom with a king-size bed and vanity. The hallway ends at the spacious, double ceiling sitting room, featuring stylish beams, plenty of comfy seating, a piano and a TV.
The stairs then lead up to a mezzanine floor with laminate wood-effect flooring. The lounge area on this floor is perfect for settling in with your morning cuppa. Moving through, there’s a twin bedroom which includes a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bath.
The garden spaces are truly special; the two areas are enclosed with outdoor seating for basking amidst the flora. The well-kept gardens are covered with mature planting, azaleas, rhododendrons, silver birch, and standing stones with walkways cut out throughout, great for children and dogs to play.
