Inside, the original beamed ceilings have been retained throughout adding cosiness and character. Large windows brighten the snug sitting room where an inviting fire crackles away in the wood-burning stove making it the perfect place to relax of an evening. The sitting room is partly open plan to the spacious kitchen where the dining area is laid out and there is also a handy downstairs shower room with a step up to the shower cubicle.
The master bedroom is downstairs with a lovely king-size bed to stretch out on and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower over. Wooden, open tread stairs lead from the kitchen upstairs to a mezzanine level family room that has both a double bed and a single bed.
To the rear of the steading is a fenced garden area that is shared with its adjoining sister property, South Steading, that can be booked for two families to holiday together but still have their own space and privacy.
Outdoor seating is right by the door and private parking is provided for guests. A range of sporting facilities are available on the estate which has a games room, tennis court, play park and swimming pool.

The Strathspey Steam Railway runs from Aviemore train station, for the chance of a really special journey on a steam engine with wonderful scenery to admire and lunch or afternoon tea to enjoy along the way.
Walkers will want to head out on the Speyside Way walking route that stretches from Aviemore all the way over to Buckie on the Moray coast. It is 65 miles long in total and following part of it from Nethy Bridge is a great way of experiencing some of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
There is the choice of the Cairngorm Mountain Ski Resort (18 miles) or The Lecht (20 miles) to head to for skiing and snowboarding in the winter months and high speed, downhill tubing can be tried out as well.
Inverness is under half an hour’s train journey from Carrbridge (11 miles) with a great range of shops, pubs and restaurants to explore.
