So Much to See and Do

There are many lovely destinations to visit, such as Sweetheart Abbey and Caerlaverock Castle and, near Thornhill, there is Drumlanrig Castle. The area has several superb mountain biking trails and in the north of the county the Southern Upland Way provides excellent walking.
