Everything was handled efficiently, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. We stayed at Drumin Farm Cottage for a week in March, and everything matched expectations. Communication was clear and timely at every stage, and it was particularly reassuring to receive prompt updates and instructions when needed. A standout for us was how professionally everything was managed behind the scenes — including the quick and hassle-free return of the housekeeping deposit shortly after our stay. This was our second time booking with Unique Cottages, and once again they delivered exactly what you’d hope for. Reliable, well-organised, and easy to deal with. We’ll definitely be using them again.
