02-Jun-2026	Machair, Cliff Beach Cabins HF1 (overall)	My parents had booked the neighbouring cottage but my mum went into hospital, was diagnosed with terminal cancer and my dad had to cancel. They were not given a refund even though unique cottages managed to let it out again for the entire week, so someone received double payment for the week. If we had known we would not have cancelled and let another family member use it instead. I understand we cancelled late, but I would expect that if they are able to let it out they would then offer a refund.
