We were particularly impressed with the help we received from a lady I think was called Jenny, after locking ourselves out of the cottage. Thank you so much for contacting the owner for us and solving the problem, despite it probably being past the end of your working day!
17-Jan-2026	The Retreat	As usual very prompt in making the booking and efficient in processing the balance automatically. Good updates on reminders that balance would be taken and providing directions etc.

Despite having just reopened after being closed for 4 days over the New Year period, they liaised efficiently with the owners and quickly confirmed availability. Communication was clear and helpful, and the whole process was smooth.
