23-Oct-2021	The Old Manse GG7 (overall)	Due to covid we had a fair bit of contact with customer service. We had to change dates twice and the cottage once in the 18 months since first booking. Each time we contacted customer service, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Once our holiday was over we were contacted very quickly about our refund of the deposit. It also arrived very quickly back into our account. Very happy with the service we received and will definitely book again and recommend.
