Two things I checked on, the first was the £15 limit on energy before you paid. This apparently was to encourage you not to overuse and there wasn't a £15 limit !!!
The second, there was a stove at the property and I phoned and asked if fuel was supplied. You said no but there was fuel there so I wasted space in the car taking logs.
Website excellent and is easy to use. All follow up information is clear and simple to follow. All communications are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
