Booking with Unique Cottages has never been easier, mostly done online but with advice and support from the Unique Cottages team if we needed it. Our booking was completed promptly and we were kept up to date with progress, arrival informations and directions.

I appreciated the emails informing me of dates and confirming our booking close to our departure date. Instructions of what to do and how to find the property were also helpful. Afterwards it was only a few days before we had it confirmed that our housekeeping deposit would be returned. All good and helpful information.
