Lovely cottage in a stunning location however requires a lot of TLC. Infestation of flies coming out of fireplace brick work (LHS), hundreds of them. Were there for a few days then numbers reduced. Shower trays, cubicles, traps were filthy, leaking window frames in the bedrooms, heaters not working in kitchen and hallway, behind upstairs toilet filthy. Upstairs bathroom window handle broken, couldn't close window. Drops of shampoo/shower gel in bathroom sink cupboard from previous occupants, freezer draw had previous food stuffs in them (ice cream/lollies). Cobwebs all over the place. Bath mat in upstairs sink cupboard looks like it had been there for years, shower. Outside table and chairs never used as filthy and could easily be replaced with new. Didnt have a clue about switching the upstairs heaters on, assume these were on a timer only, no instructions. Plus points, the fenced garden was a bonus for the dog.
