She contacted the owner and got back to me within minutes to tell me that the cottage was indeed available. I explained that I was not in a position to book the cottage until later in the evening when their office would be closed but she organised a payment email so that I could either book and pay that night or call the office in the morning. I was really surprised at the level of customer service both for me and for the owner of the property.
