They emailed confirmation of the booking and deposit and then full payment and sent information on access to the cottage in a timely manner. As a result it was all very stress free.

This caused real disappointment While our house keeping deposit was refunded, other booking companies charge your card IF there is an issue, not before you've even arrived.
