Lochaber & Ardnamurchan
Heading north from Oban, you come to Lochaber, a stunning area of mountains, glens and sea inlets which witnessed some of the most dramatic events in Scotland’s history. Some of the blackest deeds took place here in Glencoe, which retains its brooding presence even now when it is a mecca for climbers and skiers.

Beautiful Countryside to Explore
Fort William is the main town, nestled in the shadow of Ben Nevis, another must for climbers, mountain bikers and skiers. To the west is the Road to the Isles winding past Glenfinnan, where Prince Charlie raised his standard for the '45 rebellion, to the silver sands of Arisaig and Morar. The area also encompasses Ardnamurchan, that wild and lovely peninsula stretching to the westernmost point of mainland Britain.

|13-Feb-2020||Tayvulin AN8 (overall)||The house was very nice indeed but there were a few things missing from a house suitable for 8 people. Most of the pots were small to medium and the only large pot was in a very bad condition. I had to buy a large pot. There was no bin bags other them the one in the bin. I felt there should have been an ice cream scoop and a hand blender. The vacuum was full and we had to empty this before we could use it. More spoons would have meant I could set the tabke for a course meal instead of using teaspoons.|
|13-Feb-2020||Old Hyndhope Cottage CE2 (overall)||Very personal service. Nothing too much trouble. We added an extra day onto our holiday to make it 8 days and they were very helpful.|
